Steadfast Courier Integration

Steadfast is one of Bangladesh's leading courier services, and DokanGo's deep integration makes delivery management effortless.

Automatic Consignment Creation

Create delivery consignments directly from DokanGo without logging into Steadfast's system.

How It Works:

  1. Open a confirmed order in DokanGo
  2. Click "Send to Steadfast" button
  3. System pre-fills all information:
    • Customer name and phone
    • Delivery address
    • Order amount (for COD)
    • Product details
    • Special instructions
  4. Review and adjust if needed
  5. Click "Create Consignment"
  6. Consignment is created in Steadfast system
  7. Tracking code is automatically saved to the order

Information Sent to Steadfast:

  • Recipient phone number
  • Complete delivery address (house, road, area, thana, district)
  • COD amount (if applicable)
  • Product description
  • Number of items
