The platform offers flexible account options designed to meet different customer needs. You can shop as a guest without any registration, or create an account to access enhanced features like order history, saved delivery addresses, and profile customization. Both approaches provide full order tracking and a seamless shopping experience.

Registration Process
Creating an account takes less than a minute and immediately unlocks personalized features.
How to Register
- Click "Sign In" in the header
- Select "Create an account" or navigate to the registration page
- Provide your information:
- Full Name — Your name for orders and profile
- Email Address — Used for login and order notifications
- Password — Must be at least 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, and a number
- Phone Number — Optional; Bangladeshi mobile format (01XXXXXXXXX)
- Click "Create Account"
- You're automatically logged in and redirected to the homepage
Guest Order Auto-Claiming: If you provide a phone number during registration and have previously placed orders as a guest using that same phone number, all those orders are automatically linked to your new account. You'll see your complete order history immediately after registration.
Password Requirements
For security, passwords must meet these criteria:
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
- At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
- At least one number (0-9)
Login and Authentication
Access your account anytime to view orders, update your profile, or manage your information.
Signing In
- Click "Sign In" in the header
- Enter your email address and password
- Click "Sign In"
- You're redirected to your intended destination or the homepage
Inline Checkout Login: If you're in the middle of checkout and decide to log in, you can authenticate without leaving the checkout page. Your cart is preserved, and your saved address automatically pre-fills the delivery form.
Signing Out
Click your profile icon in the header and select "Sign Out" from the dropdown menu. You'll be logged out immediately and returned to the homepage.
Profile Management
Your profile page is the central hub for managing your personal information, delivery address, and account preferences.
Accessing Your Profile
- Click your profile icon in the header
- Select "My Profile" from the dropdown menu
- View and edit your information
Personal Information
You can update the following details:
- Name — Your full name (minimum 2 characters)
- Email — Displayed for reference but cannot be changed (used for login)
- Phone Number — Optional; Bangladeshi mobile format (01XXXXXXXXX)
Changes are saved instantly when you click "Save Changes". A confirmation message appears when your profile is successfully updated.
Avatar Upload
Personalize your account with a profile photo that appears in the header and on your profile page.
How to Upload an Avatar:
- Navigate to your profile page
- Click "Upload Photo" in the avatar section
- Select an image from your device (maximum 4 MB)
- The image uploads automatically
- Your new avatar appears immediately
Initials Fallback: If you don't upload a photo, the system displays a colored circle with your initials (first letters of your name) as a visual identifier.
Saved Delivery Address
Save your primary delivery address to speed up future checkouts. The address form includes:
- District — Your district
- City / Upazila — City or municipality
- Area — Specific area or neighborhood
- Street Address — House number, road name, and additional details
Checkout Pre-Fill: When you have a saved address, the checkout page automatically fills in your delivery information. You can still edit any field if you need to ship to a different location for a specific order.
A subtle banner appears at checkout indicating "Using your saved address" with a link to edit your profile if needed.
Order History
Registered customers get a dedicated order history page showing all purchases in one convenient location.
Viewing Your Orders
- Click your profile icon in the header
- Select "My Orders" from the dropdown menu
- Browse your complete order history with pagination
Order List Features
Each order card displays:
- Order Number — Unique identifier (format: LC-YYYYMMDD-XXXX)
- Order Date — When the order was placed
- Status Badge — Current order status (Pending, Confirmed, Shipped, Delivered)
- Payment Badge — Payment status (Paid or Unpaid)
- Product Thumbnails — Images of all items in the order
- Item Details — Product names, quantities, and prices
- Delivery Area — Shipping destination
- Tracking Code — Courier tracking number (if shipped)
- Order Total — Final amount including any discounts
Click any order to view complete details including the status timeline, full delivery address, and payment information.
Recent Orders on Profile
Your profile page shows the 5 most recent orders in a quick-access sidebar. Each entry displays:
- Order number
- Item count
- Order date
- Total amount
- Status indicator
Click "View All" to see your complete order history, or click any individual order to view its details.
Account Statistics
Your profile page provides insights into your purchase history and shopping patterns.
Statistics Dashboard
Four key metrics are displayed:
- Total Orders — Number of orders you've placed
- Total Spent — Sum of all paid orders in BDT (৳)
- Pending Orders — Orders awaiting confirmation or payment
- Delivered Orders — Successfully completed deliveries
These statistics update automatically as you place new orders and as orders progress through fulfillment.
Guest Order Auto-Claiming
The platform intelligently links your guest orders to your account when you register, ensuring you never lose your order history.
How It Works
- You place one or more orders as a guest using your phone number
- Later, you decide to create an account
- During registration, you provide the same phone number
- The system automatically finds all guest orders with that phone number
- Those orders are instantly linked to your new account
- You see your complete order history immediately after registration
No Manual Action Required: The auto-claiming process happens automatically in the background. You don't need to request it or take any additional steps.

Guest customers have access to the same products, pricing, and checkout experience as registered users. The only difference is the convenience features available after creating an account.

Toggle your preferred language using the button in the header, and your choice is remembered for future visits. The language setting applies across your entire shopping experience, including the storefront and checkout.

Changing Your Password
If you need to update your password:
- Navigate to your profile page
- Look for the password change option
- Enter your current password
- Provide a new password meeting the security requirements
- Confirm the new password
- Save changes
Your new password takes effect immediately, and you remain logged in on your current device.
